BIOGRAPHY
Tommy Kim brings nearly two decades of real estate finance experience to his role at Eastdil Secured, where he has worked for over 11 years. He currently oversees the San Francisco analytics pool, managing a group of approximately a dozen analysts. In addition to his regional responsibilities, he co-leads Eastdil Secured’s national analytics program, shaping firm-wide training efforts.
Tommy began his tenure at Eastdil Secured on the Silicon Valley Office Team before transitioning into analytics management. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychological & Brain Sciences from Dartmouth College and a Master of Science in Real Estate Finance from New York University.
